I was given a whole bag of these bad boys. I managed to whip them into shape in no time.

Instead of freezing in bags (I only had 2 left) and canning, I froze in jars. I really don’t know how many jars I made.

I did freeze 12 quarts of sweet corn!

And of course we can’t forget the zucchini. I froze 14 quarts and made 7 loaves of zucchini bread.

Who could resist posting one of those two???
